These service providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us and are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

4.2 Compliance with Laws and Legal Requests

  • Usage data and logs: Typically retained for up to 24 months to support analysis, debugging, and security purposes.

After the applicable retention period expires, we will either delete or anonymize your information, or if deletion or anonymization is not possible, we will securely store your information and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.

10.2 Data Sharing with AI Providers

When you submit resumes and job descriptions to TalentTuner, portions of this content may be processed by our AI service providers, including OpenAI. This processing is subject to contractual safeguards designed to protect your information and limit its use to providing our Service.

10.3 AI Training Data

We may use anonymized or de-identified data derived from user interactions to improve our algorithms and services. This data cannot reasonably be used to identify individual users and helps us enhance the overall quality and accuracy of our platform.
